Nicholas Larsen, Administrator

One of the founders of Integrity Home Health & Hospice, Nick has dedicated his life and career to providing unsurpassed healthcare to the residents of Box Elder and Cache Counties. Nick’s mission as the leader of Integrity is to maintain a company that employees love to work for. It is his belief that this mission will create a company whose clients feel that love in the quality of care they receive.

Alison Johnson, RN, Director of Clinical Services

Alison has dedicated her life both as a professional and as a volunteer to the seniors of Box Elder and Cache Counties. With more than 25 years of homecare experience, Alison has built Integrity as one of the highest quality homecare agencies in the state. She takes great pride in her work and the results show. You can guarantee that you are in caring and compassionate hands with Alison as she lives her life for "her seniors."

Joanna Jensen, RN, Home Health DON

Joanna has been in home health care for more than 7 years. If you have ever had the privilege of having Joanna as your home health nurse, you understand her tremendous pride and skill in caring for her patients. Joanna is a wound care certified nurse and has healed wounds that doctors advised amputation was likely.

Jan Clements, RN, Hospice DON

Jan gained much of her nursing experience in hospital and pain management caring for chronic pain patients. Jan provides much of the hospice and pain management care that we provide at Integrity. She is highly compassionate in caring for her hospice patients and our clients love her.

Kyle Johnson, Office Manager

Kyle provides much of the "behind the scenes" care for our patients. He keeps Integrity Home Health & Hospice operating day to day and helps keep everyone on track and on time. Kyle is one of the best!
